The standard version of OptStudio account is included in the product USB drive. If you need the advanced or professional version, please contact us to obtain it.

The OptStudio account is activated upon the first login. Once activated, it will be synchronized and bound to the current computer.

Please contact us for account migration. Within one year, you can apply for a free account migration service once.

First, install the solid-state drive reading plugin (included in the product USB drive). Then, insert the solid-state drive into a card reader and connect it to your computer for normal import.

Please copy the corresponding calibration files to the project folder. The calibration files are included in the product USB drive that was shipped with your purchase.

The hyperspectral image is a pseudocolor image formed by extracting data from the red, green, and blue channels. You can adjust the pseudocolor image in the display settings of OptStudio to make it closer to the visual perception.

The hyperspectral data stored in OptStudio is in BIP format, which can be viewed in common third-party software such as ENVI.

The computer should have a minimum of 16 GB of memory and use a solid-state drive (with at least 200 GB of free space). We strongly recommend storing the project data generated by OptStudio on a solid-state drive directly connected to the computer's motherboard. Using an external solid-state drive or mechanical hard drive will significantly reduce the software's performance.

No. Currently, OptStudio only supports computers with Windows 11, Windows 10, and Windows 7 systems.
